Evolve Energy Ltd. announces the merger with Envision Energy Ltd.
Gary Parke, Tim Schneider, and David Higgins, are delighted to announce today the merger of Evolve Energy and Envision Energy into a new organisation to operate under the Evolve brand name.
Based in Denchworth, Oxfordshire, Envision is UK’s leading provider of a full spectrum of supply and demand side energy solutions, assisting in the reduction of energy usage within industrial, commercial and retail premises.
The company focuses on the 3 main utilities; electricity, gas and water and has a range of intelligent solutions for each of these particular challenges.
Envision has developed successful long-term relationships with major retailers, hoteliers and catering groups, such as Tesco, the Whitbread Group (David Lloyd Leisure, Brewers Fayre, Brewsters, TGI Fridays Premier Travel Inn), Jaguar/Ford Automotive, Pizza Hut, McDonalds, KFC and Total.
