Consultancy
Nobbs and Jones offer consultancy to establish the right solution for your specific objectives, budget and timescales. Our consultants are senior project managers, with leading BMS experience and the strategic and technical ability to tackle problems and add insight to your project at its conception and onwards.

Our nationwide coverage means you are assured of a fast response and early on-site presence ensuring the swift progress of your enquiry. Consultancy can also be offered by means of many other contact mediums including telephone conference calls, internet and email.

Design
Our design team utilise the latest digital CAD technologies, within our custom built design studio facility. We can work to client drawings and specifications on a pre-engineered basis or we offer a full bespoke design service tailored to your exact requirements.

During the design process, your project will be monitored to exacting standards at every stage. This ensures a first class quality assured installation, and the smooth transition to the manufacturing stage and installation.

Manufacturing
Our state of the art manufacturing facility, within our headquarters is fully equipped and ready to accommodate any project requirement, from a small panel configuration, to much larger electrical distribution boards and motor control centres.

Although many of our control panels are manufactured to our own rigorous quality specifications, any individual client specification can be accommodated. As well as manufacturing within the HVAC sector, we also regularly construct panels for many associated industries including, pharmaceutical, petro-chemical, process and electrical.

Installation
All our installations are carried out by highly trained and experienced site-based engineers. Every control solution we produce is designed, manufactured and thoroughly tested prior to being despatched and arriving on site with our installation team.

This attention to detail ensures minimum down-time and disruption to your business activities during installation, also that the system will run smoothly first time, minimising costs and eradicating delays.

Electrical installation work is carried out to the current edition of the IEE regulations in conjunction with manufacturers specific instructions. In the majority of cases the installation is additionally carried out in accordance with particular client requirements or specification.

Maintenance and Support
As well as a full 12 month warranty for all our installations, we offer competitively priced, ongoing maintenance contracts. A maintenance contract offers you the peace of mind of knowing that your installation will be kept in excellent condition and that you are covered for any potential problems that may occur in the future, however unlikely.

Remote site monitoring is a key part of your contract, even in the most remote parts of the UK. This is performed from our head office via dedicated digital data transfer lines.

Our engineers are equipped with all the necessary tools to repair most problems in one visit, for all eventualities we offer a rapid evaluation and industry leading response times.

As well as technical and maintenance support, general customer support is a high priority with a dedicated customer service team being the first line to deal with any enquiries. Calls are answered in person and we take personal responsibility in directing you to the
response you need quickly.

Training
